Privat Sygeplejerske ApS offers private nursing care services throughout Denmark. We can assist with many different nursing tasks. All our private nurses are competent in the nursing profession and have years of experience. As a patient, you are always at the center, and we plan the course of your disease according to your wishes and needs.

Catheterization and care
It can be difficult to care for your catheter yourself and maintain optimal hygiene to prevent infections. Our private nurses can help with catheter insertion and care – both if it’s once or more a day. Privat Sygeplejerske ApS can help with indwelling catheters, top catheters, and nephrostomy catheters.
Wound care
As private nurses, we can both assess your wound and make a wound care plan in consultation with your doctor or any specialist department. We have extensive experience in leading and coordinating, so you don’t have to worry. Your private nurse will treat your wound and will also pay attention to your general health.
Blood pressure measurement
There may be many reasons for you to keep an extra eye on your blood pressure. Sometimes it is in combination with other medical conditions. As your private nurses, we can assist with blood pressure monitoring and also keep an eye on your general health. We can also accompany you to doctors’ appointments, hospitals, or other appointments.

Help after surgery
Having surgery can be tough, whether it’s a major operation or a minor one. Patients are often discharged shortly after surgery and many feel uncomfortable. A private nurse can help you with everything from understanding your medication list to rehabilitation, wound care, bandaging, and other nursing care services you need after surgery.
Alcoholism and detoxification
If you or a loved one has fallen into alcohol abuse, we can offer help with detoxification at complete discretion. We offer help from our private nurses in North Zealand, Funen, and Jutland.
Specifically, a private nurse will be present during the detox, and thus available for conversation, support, and help to stay focused on the detox. This is of course done in close consultation with your own doctor. If you are in Antabuse treatment, we will assist you with this, both concretely, but also as a motivator and conversation partner, so that the detoxification can take place at home in a safe environment so that you can gradually resume daily life again.
Diabetes, blood glucose monitoring, etc.
Do you need help with blood glucose monitoring and/or administering antidiabetic drugs prescribed by your doctor? A private nurse can help you with these things, and assist if you have questions or other needs related to your diabetes. We can also provide dietary guidance to help you achieve an optimal diet.
